Well good news , the war in Syria is winding down and troops will be coming home. Here is what you need to know . The war was a scam for the bankers and greater Israel project . The whole regime change plan is not new . It just didn't work in Syria . Assad is still standing and will rebuild his country  in due time . So who won the war? The USA ? Russia ? Or Syria ?
