Over 40 beginner work out.Ok  here is your mission . First be over 40. Then see your doctor for a check up , get the ok . Then go to the gym.  THEN!

                                       First do bench press.

                                      Then do some rows

                                        Then some flys
                                        Then some Tbar rows
                                                                             
                                      Then some squats
                                              Then a dead lift
                                                          
                                           Then finish  with some curls.


There is more to do . But you will have to wait for your next mission . For now "GET TO THE CHOPPER! "
